The roll requirements are varied. Including pre-event venue preparation and Bar set up, operational and bar service needs when Events are taking place,post show venue pack down. Input would also be needed in areas of basic cleaning, repairs and maintenance.
The role requires physical activity,persons fulfilling the position would need to be capable of working at a level that is relative to the requirements of specific event. Heavy lifting is an ongoing requirement of position. Relative experience and understanding of busy bar necessary. Night and Weekend work required
